This car does not have original gunmetal wheels
I suppose TPMS sensors are also missing as i saw "TPMS" light on the dash

Cantsleep: I've contacted the seller fairly extensively trying to get whatever information I can.

According to the seller: All Body panels have matching vins. There was a bumper sticker on the rear bumper that the dealership removed and buffed out. Paint chips on the lower front lip.

I've put an offer on this vehicle that was almost instantly accepted which makes me a little weary, but at the same time my offer is very fair given the fact that oem rims are missing. Ill be checking out this vehicle
And test driving it today! I will happily take note of any vehicle specifics if you guys want any specific information. This will be my first time seeing and driving an s2000 so take whatever information I bring back to you with that in mind. If the only aftermarket piece is the rims I very well might pull the trigger.

As an aside, I have been wanting a CR both for its look as well as its collectibility and how well they retain value. However, I do intend to daily drive whichever s2000 I get and I live in RI so the climate will naturally wear on it. I'm considering maybe I should leave the nicer CRs to the hardcore fans as mine will inevitably be ran into the ground at some point. So at this point I'm probably in the market for a slightly molested CR, a high mileage CR, or a good condition base model. I feel guilty competing with guys who CantSleep over hunting for a CR when the fate of whichever vehicle I buy will likely be a slow death rather than treating it like a museum piece

In conclusion: let me know if there is anything specific youd like me to look for. Ill be happy to bring as much feedback as I can to the forum. Sorry for being a noob, hopefully what I find will be helpful to some prospective buyers!

Nooo im not interested in this vehicle as soon as i found out it didnt have stock wheels and no VIN label on the rear bumper
! I just didnt want you to get this car and deal with TPMS and wheel problems later

If its only issue was wheels I could have dealt with that at a later point in time but I don't want to be putting significant amounts of money into reconditioning a vehicle. I'd rather pay a premium to have the luxury of being satisfied with what I get. Thanks for the info Brian !

Ps. I may still stop and check this CR out on my way back north to RI if its still available in a week or 2, but as of right now I don't want to cut the time out of my vacation to go see it.
