Default Info on CR JHMAP21268S004154

I thought this CR might bring up more discussion than it has considering its rarity.

For those wishing to discuss it's condition/history please feel free. Being one of 8 produced in this combination, it's truly the rarest of the rare.

2008 GPW CR Delete in NY; https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/985...rdelete-model/

I did do a little recon work, the VIN that the Jamie (owner) posted was missing a digit, which I have filled in.

This vehicle had me thinking about buying it, but in the end, a car is a car and it didn't make sense.

Hopefully the new owner will take pride in the ownership of the car.

In the sellers defense, all those things are easily reversible by the next owner including the repainting of the wheels.

I did contact the owner, he was very open and honest. The wheels are painted and are not powder-coated. Modifications are personal preference, Popeye, however I believe you and I feel the same way toward what's currently on the car being that if it were OEM it would be commanding a higher premium. Even at $25k it is sitting.

A/C is highly overrated! Ira you need this car, just consider it a winter project returning it to stock, besides it will look great next to the ABP CR once it's completed.

I agree!! Only problem is if I were to get this, the Apex CR would have to go bye bye Not sure if it makes sense for me.

Agreed. Every mod I did on my GPW CR is totally reversible as if nothing was ever modified (Seats, Wheels, & clear bra, etc...). Mods such as fender rolling are ones that keeps me in check. This is one rare opportunity!
