I know this is probably old news to most, but I did make the tough decision to sell my s2000 CR in November of last year. The new owner, who resides in Idaho, did come and pick it up earlier in April. Hopefully he will chime in here at some point. Tyler is a great guy, and loves the car, he's already done more than I had ever done. It has even had it's first auto cross day. I know it is in good hands Obviously that car has helped me get closer to all of you and share great memories. (Tyler don't get mad of me posting some of your pics!)
Before the pick up
Some shots from Tyler!
^^--Oregon Coast!
While I thought I would take some time and be out of the "sports car game" that didn't seem to last all that long. I did pick up a new toy, with hopes of enjoying long winding roads this summer...to be honest it has brought back some of that magic I've been missing. This has always been my absolute dream. Don't worry I'm not going anywhere, and still have a passion for the CR that runs deep.
Here's to the next chapter...
Picking up from Southern California and heading out straight...to Oregon..Alone...in the rain...

Do you guys change the Acura badge to Honda ones, this is a genuine enquire from an Australian as we only have Honda. What's the general thoughts in the USA? Honda > Acura or Honda = Acura in mentality.? What about resale.? Any differences? Just wondering what everyone thinks.

I'll put my two cents in on this subject, which in truth has two mind sets. The purist keeps the factory emblems, be it Honda or Acura to retain authenticity. The others prefer the Honda emblems, and might even go so far as to even modify their car to more closely resemble a Japanese/ non US spec. car. The Acura people I know accept both as equals, and one and the same, when it comes to the end product.
My personal choice is my NSX was born a Acura and I prefer it retain it's Acura roots.

Great looking pictures Ira and a very appropriate background with the Japanese garden.

Well, I was honestly down there for work, and on a whim I took the rental to check out the car. After my conferences were over Friday morning I finished the paperwork and shot right home. Had work Monday lol.
And I share Stevens sentiments concerning the Acura vs Honda badging
