A friend of mine just purchased this Shelby Cobra. He had an ABP CR identical to mine and sold it before I could buy it. His CR was identical to mine, which is in the background, as my 08 now has all of 2,700 miles on it. I told him today that when he gets "tired" of the Cobra, I would buy it from him,....but, it is many $$$ out of my range.

thank you. When we both visit the on the lake waterfront bar, they both draw a great deal of attention. I am afraid that in comparison, I feel like my CR is the ugly step-sister, but I love it.

I always loved the AC Cobra concept. So much so that I'm giving up my unicorn quest, and am leaning toward doing the LS V8 conversion S2000, which is such a modern iteration.

Is that a real cobra or one of the replica's? Building a nice replica ins't super expernsive so you could always do that. Plus with a replica you won't be scared to drive it all the time. If it is real then that a rare car that should only see the sun a handleful of times every year.
