Default New exhaust from V1 to V2

I wanted to share my experience with both versions of the Go Tuning SE exhausts. I'd purchased the V1s almost 5 years ago. Even though it sounded amazing, the droning was annoying at cruising speeds. I always loved loud exhausts so I'd kind of got used to the V1 exhaust over the years. However, every passenger that I had complained about the loudness and the droning. Fast forward to 5 years later, the V1 exhaust started to rattle and only got worse as time past. I had no choice but to replace it. After debating for many weeks over which exhaust to buy, I decided to buy the version 2 of the Go Tuning/Greddy SE duals. The representative @ Go Tuning said the V2 was way quieter at cruising speeds but just as loud when you punch it. After installing the V2s, they were absolutely right about the exhaust. The droning has almost completely disappeared and it still sounds amazing when I'm on it. It took me back to the stock exhaust days at cruising speeds. I love that it can be quiet when I want it to be and loud when my right foot gets heavy. Thanks to everyone at Go Tuning for their help. I absolutely love the new exhaust!

I also had to replace my axles due to vibration starting. Thanks to everyone at Ballade Sports, for their help and for being so patient with me. I highly recommend them if anyone is thinking of using them.

Exhaust looks great! Glad to hear that it sounds like you still get to have the sound you want without all the drone... best of all worlds

I also switched out my V1 for a V2 after the resonator failed on y V1 and mufflers were falling apart. This was all after about 7 years with track days.

With the V2 I had to ditch the test pipe for a HFC. The test pipe produced a lot of rasp and the HFC has solved the problem!

I always noticed that also. Did you have to retune?
