S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

I've had this car mid-July and all I can say is I have been nothing but impressed with it. I have an EM1 that I used to drive as a daily and an E92 M3, and I haven't driven them for a few months now. Since I've had it, I've been trolling around the forums and trying to figure out what I want to do next to "personalize" it. There's tons of information on this board and I've been busy trying to get the car back to good condition because there were a few things wrong with it like the paint (see my paint correction thread) and all four wheels stock wheels were curbed pretty badly. While taking care of that stuff, I've been purchasing stuff that I plan on putting on it because I know alot of the stuff is being discontinued.
**My apologies in advanced for the awful cell pics, but this I don't really carry my SLR around.

**Here are a few pics from the paint correction thread. I've decided to just consolidate everything I've done, am doing, and will be doing to the CR**

DURING:

AFTER:

So I had the hood and front bumper reshot because there were tons of rock chips on both and the paint in front of the headlights was cracking on both the right and the left. After getting it back, I got them clear bra'd by the former socal Premier guys who did an excellent job:

You can't even tell there's a bra. Here's the top half of the bumper:

I then met up with the wheel repair guy Son Tran. He did curb repairs for me in the past and he does excellent work. He has contracts with exotic car dealerships all over SoCal and even works with Jay Leno and Seinfeld's fleets.

AFTER (All gone for the price of much less than one new OEM one):

And thanks Scott

Other stuff:

**Not pictured...ASM cooling plate. Still waiting from King... Mugen header, exhaust, and hood. And control arms from Cusco.

I can't wait to put it all on. I hope everything turns out ok.

Thanks... I'm going to do all the installs slowly so I can make it feel brand new every few months. I've been obsessing. I know everyone has the stuff I have (because I've looked at tons of threads and pics), but this is what I would've done with it when I was looking around for one a few years ago.

Seat covers are so I can preserve the OEM CR seats. My son comes in the car with me and until he stops using his car seat, I won't be using the S1s. He comes first.
