225/45 235 is flexible, but you'll need to run VSA off most likely.

245 and 255 are 40.

Also, non-staggered conveniently works perfectly with VSA on for anything short of track duty.

I had 235/40/17 and 255/40/17's AD08's on my AP1 and LOVED them. I had them on the Nurburgring a few times. Great traction and very predictable. I think they communicated everything very very well.

EDIT - I am running 255/40/17 Hankook Ventus RS-3's non-staggered now. I personally like the Hankooks better. I would say the tires are damn near equal. The RS-3's just have a much better price.

Well...Last night I wanted to go for a drive after finally properly adjusting my KWv3's (1 year later ) and my TPMS light came on. I hadn't driven the car in a few weeks, so I assumed it was just an error...

I was wrong and found this huge bolt in my tire!

Two different tire shops wouldn't patch it because the tire was "too worn"

Anyway, I bit the bullet and bought my first set of 4 new star specs. Looking forward to trying them out!

You guys would be able to answer my question hopefully. Whats a better grip tire, re070 or re11? I know its early but I need new tires next spring, and I want the best money can buy.

Best tire money can buy would probably be the Star Specs.
Personally, I really like my Hankook RS3s.
