S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

What is your CR mileage?

I'm still working on that lol. I like to look at it as putting "good" miles on as opposed to just regular miles. For example, driving to/from work or running errands... not "good" miles to put on it. Driving to C&C, an auto-x, car show, doing backroads driving, etc... "good" miles

7,000 miles. Too hot to drive it year round in Austin without AC.

Hey Sanjuro, good to see you posting! And yes a delete makes summer drives like a visit to the sauna.

Man, here on guam we can shoot up to high 90's. and sometimes 105 in summer. Keep in mind that humid heat also.

Cars must be kept in climate controlled garage for sure. lol

Also bear in mind Kyosukesan's CR is a Berlina Black model so it makes the heat factor even worse if you leave it parked outside in the sun.

I did that for a while and then realized the car just sits doing nothing. My drive to work is 20 minutes of back roads (no highways) so it is a lot better than the highway commute which was never fun in the S.
I get what you mean though.

Winch is up btw. I want to pad some of the metal pieces just to minimIze and risk of them bumping into the hardtop but otherwise, it's great.

Glad to hear the winch is great!
