Buttonwillow. AFAIK, the CR wing doesn't introduce a significant amount of drag. My understanding is that it actually simultaneously reduces drag and reduces lift. It's not exactly very aggressive when it comes to the wing surface curvature.

It's allowed. "Rear wings may be removed so long as the vehicle retains any federally-mandated third brake light." Item C under section 14.2. I like the wing on BB CRs, though.
