S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

I've started a new list of just CR's that are now a salvaged vehicle, I removed the four listings from the CR roll call to save room for future CR members. If you come across new salvaged CR's please add them to this list, if you don't know all the info. just give me the VIN and I can figure out the rest. I guess we can label this list "Gone, but not forgotten".

Once again I think that this car is not salvage as you are mistaking it for CR# 173
the VIN for it: JHMAP21258S001218
does not come up salvage on any search

Also the roll call list that you maintain is full of discrepancies

I deleted the one in question until it can ever be confirmed. But, CR #173 would have a VIn ending in: 0406, not 1218. VIN.............1218 would have a build number of #453 according to the 2008 CR VIN listing.

RylisPro, if you know of any discrepancies please bring it to my attention, while I have tried to continue this "registry of sorts" I was not responsible for it's inception. As for the accuracy of the information, it can only be as good as the information offered by the owner, i.e., the correct Vin # or computation of CR build number.

Id be more than willing to turn this over to someone else that has more time to devote to the Roll Call, I have too many irons in the fire right now and the foreseeable future.

CR VIn number/CR build number source.

CR #173 does have a VIN ending in 0406 as it is: JHMAP21218S000406 (Sorry JoelCool!)
CR #453 VIN is JHMAP21258S001218

some discrepancies are owners who don't have their car anymore ex.:
Club Racer with A/C & Audio 6 Speed Manual Grand Prix White 0277 114 ploney is now salvaged and
Club Racer with A/C & Audio 6 Speed Manual Grand Prix White 1673 597 Roadie Sebastopol, Ca. is now with ploney

other discrepancies are from owners who did not give you the right VIN information as I know some who want to remain anonymous,
while others are confused on how to read the CR website correctly

you are correct that it will take each owner to give their own information to have an accurate registry
unfortunately I am only keeping track of the ABP and GPW cars as it is a less number to accurately maintain

the list does come in handy though, you had cars on there that I did not

Steven is correct, the information on there is only as good as what is provided. All the lists are rolling lists and are the responsibility of anyone that wants to add or correct them, not one person is responsible for anything except me (and that is to make sure this forum is moderated adequately). If you have a discrepancy, please just amend the roll call.

It is terrible to see CR's being salvaged. I only drive my once a week while in the local area and to special shows/events. Very seldom drive it to work. Everyone take care, the CR is special.

Wish we could confirm that GPW CR Wiggum, it's the one with the black vinyl stripping. We only have a partial VIN on it unfortunately.
