Default Any OEM looking aftermarket headunits out there?

pretty straight forward question I think. On my 08 I used a Parrot Asteroid Classic and loved it. Not mine but you get the idea

This thing was hands down the cleanest looking and head unit I ever owned. Didn't feel like cheap plastic, didnt have stupid blue lights everywhere, and overall just didnt look out of place. Only problem is they no longer make these headunits which blows my mind. Apparently they were kinda troublesome, which i dealt with once in a while but not much. Maybe I got lucky. Either way, does anyone know of another headunit that can give me a similar look/feel?

I love my Sony DSX S300BTX, the red backlight matches the dash perfectly! It's discontinued, but you can pick it up for $125 http://www.amazon.com/Sony-DSXS310BT.../dp/B005J7YD98

You need to go through the audio settings and zero everything out to make a good tune, but once you tune in your sound it's great!
