Anyone mounted a libretto?
I just got a libretto 50ct off ebay with the intent of mounting it in my S2K. Since I've already got an SH-99 on order, I won't be using it for MP3s - mostly GPS and perhaps OBD-II stats/logging one day... Anyone have one mounted, and do you have any pics you could share? Hmm, wonder if I could find a decent accelerometer with a serial output....

I've been using a 50CT w/ the car since new and use it for MP3's and GPS w/ Delorme's Tripmate. I've also just ordered an OBD module & software. I've mounted a gooseneck to the passenger seat bolt and constructed a custom platform but have found that 1.75lbs is more than enough to send it swaying to and fro. I'm currently looking at adapting one of the RAM bike mounts for the Garmin StreetPilot III that ReedZ turned me onto.
BTW--There is a great, high-traffic Libretto mailing list. Go here to sign up. David Chien's web site, http://www.silverace.com/libretto/ is also a great reference.

Looks like a RAM 4/5/9 combo (from this site ) might work out - how'd you attach the libretto to your base though? Thanks for the links - one of them is where I did most of my pre-buying research. Geez, you'd think for as cheap as these things are now they'd be more popular for this kind of thing....
