Default battery tender while terminal connected?

Hey everybody. After disconnecting my battery I was able to finally get my stereo tuned exactly the way I wanted to. I'm still storing it for the winter and don't want to have to reset it when I fire it up in the spring.

so, I'm wondering if it is okay to keep the battery terminals connected to the batter with the battery tender connected at the same time. Historically I have disconnected the battery.

Any danger in this?

Thanks!

My gut reaction would say that there is no problem leaving the terminals connected. I would think that the battery would act as a filter capacitor to any noise spikes that might get through the charger. Let's see what others say.

I recently bought a battery tender and the instructions said it's fine to leave the battery connected to the car.
