Shouldn't be any different than wiring anything else. What, specifically, do you have questions about?

The charger probably outputs 5v or less so you'll actually have to use the whole charger. If it were me, I'd solder wire onto the metal ends of the charger, tape up the metal so it doesn't ground out, and then tie it into your cig lighter by the center console. It's an accessory power and would have no problem supporting the addition.
