Default Help. Alarm on Honda Odyssey won't let the van start.

I was installing my front door speakers on my Odyssey and while I was running the speaker wires through the door, I saw the orange parking lights blink a few times on random occassions. I must have touched the alarm wires when I had my hand under the steering wheel. The bad part is that I didn't think the Autopage alarm still worked since I do not have a remote for it and have always used the key to open the door. The autopage alarm brain is located run under the steering wheel near the brake pedal. The installation looks ghetto rigged with black electric tape everywhere. The skill switch is also located near the hood release button and I acidentally flip it to the off but I did switch it back.

I thought it was my battery when the van wouldnt start but I try jumping it with my friend's car and still nothing. All the lights work, the headlights look bright like normal. The battery is a die hard platinum less than 1 year old. So im positive its not the battery.

Alarm is Autopage RF-303.

How do i get my van to start?? please advise.
