and I have no idea what question your asking... If you take your door panel off you'll see the bracket.

The Alpine tweeter cup get bolted to the silver braket. The Alpine tweeters lock in place by twisting them into the cup...

OK...I saw other pics elsewhere that showed the inside of the door panel. I understand now. But...the my00 will not have this bracket since there is not tweeter pod to start with correct? I didnt have time to pull my door off an check

Nope your right about that. You need to glue a piece of MDF or plastic onto the door to have something to screw them down to.

The tweeter pods should fit just fine though correct? Like...the door panel shape is the exact same?
