Originally I had the unit tucked in just below the steering wheel to the left by the center console (I am in the UK so RHD) and then ran the aux cable behind the radio so it comes out in the passenger footwell.
However at the moment the wires are just running at the front by the radio as I have changed a few bits around and installed aftermarket cruise control. I am thinking of altering the passenger side knee rest/cover to have an aux socket in there, and then I can just plug in a aux cable.
