Default The next group...

Just like the title says... What would you like to see in the next group buy?

Screens, Battery's, HU's, amps, speakers, custom parts made, custom wiring kits made just for the S2000?

I can do a Kinetik HC1400 battery groupbuy? Its better than the Optima 51R. The cost would be $190 + shipping If we have 5 or more buyers.

I would like to hear your idea's and thoughts.

Cheers,
-John

Not much really. Bezels really should be molded to the car. I've done a few that I've shipped out to someone else, but its hard to make sure its going to fit just right. Each car is the same for the most part but every car is a little different, in terms of shape, due to sun, age, and so on.

However all that said if your going to make them and sell them here you'll need to become a sponsor. I'm sure they would sell, but I don't know how fast they would sell. But I'm sure they would. Its a lot of work though... Unless you have access to a 3D plastic cutter/shaper that you could upload a CAD drawing to... then you'd be alright.

The reason why I would offer the upper trim panel screen mounting option is the fact that its very plug and play and easy to install. However they buyer would have to install a backup camera to go with it... because for this install you need to remove the rearview mirror. So that's going to up the cost for the purchaser as well. But I should be able to keep the cost for the screen, camera, and the fiberglassed upper trim panel under a $1000. The dash screen custom work run about $600-1200 depending on the quality your getting... and that's just a custom mounting. Its very time consuming to build them.

The alpine 9857, mod DIC and Ipod cable are installed. Someone else did it and I can't stand the feeling of someone else taking my baby apart!! I have an alpine pdx 4.150, infinity kappa components and a JL 10w3 4ohm.
