Are oem radios interchangable

I have a 2004 S2000 the radio needs to be replaced. I want to stay with OEM. The question is will any year simpley plug and and work with out modifacations>

I have a spare 04 radio in my garage i think. if you find out i'll gladly sell it to you.

yes, all years are plug&play compatible with the car, however not all
headunits are compatible with all accessory trunk-mounted CD players,
so if you have one of those you have to do a little more research.
