I wrote this up a while ago but never cross-posted it on here.
There's tons of radio install write-ups on the internet already, so here's another.

The MVH-X390BT is still working fine.
I don't keep up with car audio but a quick search on Crutchfield came up with the Pioneer MVH-S501BS.
You don't have to pick a Pioneer unit as well. Just make sure you buy the correct Dash Control Interface from Modifry for whatever brand you choose.
