The MVH-X390BT is still working fine.
I don't keep up with car audio but a quick search on Crutchfield came up with the Pioneer MVH-S501BS​​​​​​.
You don't have to pick a Pioneer unit as well. Just make sure you buy the correct Dash Control Interface from Modifry for whatever brand you choose.
