Rear turn signals not working?

Ok so heres the story...

Bought a set of LED bulbs to swap out the OEM rear turn signals. OEM bulbs were working fine, just wanted to swap out and change to LED. So if youve tried to change the 1156 bulb you notice that the stoppers just dont align correctly. So I shaved off one of the stoppers of the LED to see if it would work. I removed the rear passenger turn signal bulb and replaced it with the LED. It didnt work. I had my hazards on and the rear driver turn signal was working just fine. After fiddling around for a few minutes I just scrapped the whole idea of the LED and placed the OEM bulb back in. Once the OEM bulb is back in it doesnt work. Keep in mind that the rear driver side is still flashing due to the hazards being on. The I removed the rear driver side bulb and placed it in the socket of the rear passenger bulb and it didnt work either. Then I placed every OEM bulb back to its original locations and now both rear turn signals dont work.

What could be the problem? I have a MY01. If it was the fuse all of the turn signals would not be working. The reverse lights, parking lights, and taillights still work properly.

Could it be the socket where the bulb is placed be the problem?

If you guys have any suggestions id really appreciate it. Thannks!

Check fuses?

Its not the fuses because they control all of the turn signals. But they all work except the rear.
