SRS Light on, Airbag deployed, seat belt locked
Recently got in a low speed collision in my '07 that resulted in the driver airbag deploying and the seat belt locking up. SRS light is on, and I am currently unsure of the status of the impact sensors (on a trip away from the car at the moment).
From my research here it seems like the components I need to consider are:
1) replace driver airbag
2) reset SRS ECU (I have found a reputable service online)
3) repair/rebuild seat belt / tensioner (also found a service)
4) impact sensors
It seems common sense to replace the impact sensors before the reset SRS ECU goes back in, but before I go through all of the work, does this seem like everything I need to do? Or am I missing something?
Would also appreciate a point in the right direction as to find the impact sensors as my research is not yielding results.
All help is appreciated, thanks!
