just hardwire it. It only takes 10 minutes to do and is super easy

Running it through the cabin and to the cigarette lighter is silly, especially with the placement of it in an s2k

I still would need the needed wire in order to Hardwire it no? This is what i plan on doing. I dont know if im going to hardwire it to battery or to an open fuse spot which i heard is available by driver's side.

Not much point in wiring to the battery as it's a bit of a hassle to get through the firewall IMO. I'd recommend using the accessory tap or an Add-A-Circuit at the fuse box.

Yea i just finished setting up my amp/sub a few days ago and i ran it through the passengers door opening, between the plastic lining on the windshield and down the door panel to the back. Wasnt going to try and get through the firewall.
