Default Was wiring LED's into trunk light, power hit ...

Ok so I cut the wires for the trunk light. I accidentally hit the power wire on the metal chassis. It sparked and shorted out. I can't find any fuse that is blown. All other lights work.

What did I short out? And how do I fix it? On top of that, the check engine light is on now???

For now they are on a switch, I love the finished product.

Lol found it, it was the fuse for the "interior light" which also is on the same circuit as the map light, fuse fixed and everything good as new.

Next time disconnect the battery before screwing with the electrical. That is always step one.

Ira, I think you would have learned your lesson after the Civic issue.
