AEM EMS series 2- difference in 00-05 and 06-08?

I have a MY05 and found a great deal on the AEM Series 2 for an 06+.

what is the difference? can I make it work?

Highly unlikely. 00-05 is DBC and 06+ is DBW

Maybe this is my ignorance, but for the 06+ why would you use an AEM, when a Flashpro will get the job done more easily and cheaply.
FI is the only thing I can picture.

I will take an AEM over flash pro anyday.
