Which ECU for Future Turbo Build?

[QUOTE=ScienceofSpeed;24128589]Luckily as S2000 owners, we have lots of options for ECUs. We offer the Hondata KPRO, AEM Series 2, and AEM Infinity. For advanced turbocharger setups, we recommend the AEM Infinity. This ECU has a number of advanced features for boost control, FlexFuel, and what we find very important for track use - fuel pressure feedback (this can increase injector duty if fuel pressure begins to fall from fuel pickup starvation, failing fuel pump, etc). Built-in traction control is also a benefit - which with the pulse converter we've developed, is possible on the S2000. Check out the system we offer, which mounts to the factory ECU mounting location and offers the most compact easy installation for the AEM Infinity:

Do all aem ecu get rid of the obd2 reader?

I have tried to google information on the following ECU system without luck, anyone have info on the VitTuned tune on an AEM V2 full standalone ecu.
All I found was an build for 800WHP on a 01 s2k.
I want to shoot for 400 WHP, would this system be overkill for my build?
Reason I ask, is I found this on Craiglist with a GTX 3071R Turbo, intercooler/piping for $6K.
The estimate milage on 1K miles.
Is this a fair price?
Thanks in advance.
