As I read this again I can't find a problem. And I really don't like messing with ECU settings -- the reason I had Greg tune the car.

There's an old Anglo-Saxon expression for "Makes it seem like it's going to stall." It's called Does Not Stall. All engines react this way including my lawn mower when I engage the blades.

I haven't performed the idle relearn procedure. I did however unhook the battery after it was flashed and drove it around.

Idle relearn procedure may fix your issue. Driving it around isn't the correct way to do it.

This may help.....

In a previous post I have been trying to establish why my engine is stumbling when returning to idle. There have been many suggestions and I have stripped and checked everything from
Plugs to EGR Valve, including my IAC valve ( several times ) I thought I had almost cured the problem with a new air filter but today decided to strip my IAC valve once more...And very glad I did. There is much talk about cleaning the IAC valve to cure or prevent bad idle problems, however, I have not come across any information as to how to adjust the IAC valve...Yes, Adjust!

Today I have learned that in the same way the Throttle Position Sensor can be rotated, the IAC valve is also adjustable, in fact more so. Rotating the electric sensor when the engine isrunning has a major effect on idle and throttle response. I have "Tweek'd" my one for as best I can results but would like to know if there is a correct procedure? Anyone?

There is no separate IACV on the 06+ cars, idle is directly controlled by the throttle plate

Can you point out where in the datalogs you're seeing the problem? After a quick scan, I only saw it where it dropped to 800RPM when off-throttle while moving. Is this the dip you're referring to?

If so, try this:
multiply the entire 'Throttle vs Airflow' table by 10% and see if that improves.

Did this issue ever get resolved? I'm having similar issues with my tune by Gernby. Sometimes rpm drops to ~700rpm when off-throttle while moving with AC on. The ECU would also throttle ~250rpm a second or so after returning to idle.

Also, which one is Throttle vs Airflow table? I only see "Throttle Index Calculation" and "Target Throttle Plate"
