Default Kmanager Values wayyy off

Okay, so I'm trying to do an e-tune with Evans Tuning and I'm having some issues with the software. As soon as I upload the map and datalog I get this screen. The values just stay the same except for the afrs. I've also tried using 2 different computers.

Not much info to go on here.
You upload the map and that works good? Car runs without any problems or engine light?
Looks like you have recorded something in that screenshot, can you share it here or send it so me or someone else can have a look.

So that's what's wrong. That screen and those numbers don't change at all. That screenshot was taken at with the IGN off. As soon as a hit datalog, that screen with those exact same numbers stays on. I'll send you some info I sent to hondata 12hours ago (still no reply)

Also, yes the engine light is on but kmanager doesn't tell me what it is...

I'm still not sure what you are doing and when but have you tried using a different USB cable?
A short one <2m with ferrite beads in either ends is usually recommended.

But am I explaining the issue clearly or no lol?
i can try a shorter cable but it would be hard to get it to the laptop on the passenger side. How much shorter are you talking about?

What PC and opsys? Not that I can help but that may be a clue for others. Very old laptop may have issues. Got another USB port?

Ended up being an error on my end. I've always been told by my previous tuner to upload from the drop down menu which is incorrect. After some emails back and forth I learned im supposed to use the upload arrow at the top left side of the screen.

Hope this helps anyone else having issues like this lol

Clicking from the drop down menu or directly at the shortcut buttons should not make any difference at all.
