is my O2 sensor dying?

hi there,
my car is EUDM 2007 with stock 2.0L engine.
it did 57,000 km/35,000 miles.

at closed loop AF oscilates between ~ 14.2-16.5:

do i need a fresh O2 sensor?

at open loop AF seems pretty stable though:
