Regardless, it's 90 seconds to put the OEM or any tune/calibration in the ECU with FlashPro. Volkswagen/Audi/Porsche did it for years to pass emissions.

Unfortunately it doesn't quite work that way, yes it is only 90 seconds to flash the calibration, but it takes multiple driving "cycles" for the emissions readiness monitors to set before you can pass inspection. I have to do this every year as I normally run without a cat and secondary o2 and have to put the cat back on and enable the secondary O2 sensor and drive the car about ~75 miles over a few days to get it ready for the inspection process.
