I've got my hi-flow cat on the way and want to buy a FlashPro.

I'm in the Wash DC area. Where is the best place to buy one?

InlinePro down in Springfield has been totally non-responsive. Would prefer to pick it up in person, but will mail order.

I'd probably try asking in your regional sub-forum.

But honestly, you'll get the best price by ordering from a vendor on here and you'll probably have it before next weekend.

Not heard of "issues" with FlashPro either. Other than it only works with '06 and later cars. And not in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. It's no doubt easy to bugger your ECU with the device but you should be able to reflash with a working calibration if you've done that.

FlashPro seems to sell for the same $690 price every place. Look for or ask for free shipping. Mail order often results in no sales tax.

Then PM Gernby to E-tune it......he's tuned mine as well as many other members on the boards, hes top notch

 

I would contact Chris @No limit. Best prices around and after wards definitely contact Gerny for an e-tune, I too can vouch he does great work!

The Gernby tune of my '06 is wonderful. 221 BHP at the wheels on a Mustang Dyno (which I'm lead to believe is a more conservative number than on some other dynos). Not a giant jump in HP from another S2000 with the same intake, high flow cat, and exhaust but the mid-range power is wonderful.

Still getting 25+ mpg.

Start scouting for a couple of miles of highway you can run the car up to 8,000 rpm in 3d gear (80mph) at WOT a couple dozen times on the same day -- with in an hour or two. Some place you won't attract too much attention. Darn interstate proved too crowded any time later than 0600 for me. Early Sunday mornings are nice. You're gonna do this two or three separate days separated by the time Greg needs to process your data and send new calibrations back for more runs. Well worth the time and effort.

^how do you manage to do the pulls on a highway? What speed do you start off at? Wouldn't a deserted road be better?
