Startup issues

My car wont start. It will crank but wont turn over. How do i tell it it is my fuel pump or not getting spark? Or if its another issue all together. (Also i have a misfire in cylinder 3 check engine light code)

I have starting issues as well but mine draw way to much current when the motor cranks. I'm thinking there's some bad internal components.
