Its only loud when its being run at high pump RPM. Seeing as how you can control the pump speed it won't be any noisier than a regular in tank pump. It'll only be loud when you need it to be flowing alot, and chances are there will be much louder things happening at that time.
Considering the single pump/controller kit will be good for ~1,200whp on ethanol and will fit in most stock baskets, its going to be an insanely good deal. Think about people who are having to design full fuel systems around 2-3 in tank pumps.
