1mm bigger intake valves with stock AP1 pistons
Can this be done? I cant seem to find any info. Does the stock piston have enough clearance? Or will they end up kissing lol
Anyone with 1st hand knowledge let me know!

How much has the head and block been machined? If in doubt, clay the motor.
Why put in larger intake valves? The exhaust is the limiting factor.
I'm running 0.5mm over on the intake and 1mm over on the exhaust with no clearance problems..

I guess what Im asking is there enough valve relief in the stock AP1 piston. I dont want to go through checking P2V and V2V if the 1mm bigger valve wont sit in the (valve relief) piston properly. Aftermarket pistons I assume have more relief for your bigger valves.
Not sure why the builder does 1mm intake and leaves exhaust alone. My understanding is if you have a good 1mm bigger intake and port, exhaust isn't really needed. Other than that I dont know lol I just went with what was offered.
