ID1000s can get you over 500hp on E85 if you havent bought the 2000cc injectors yet. Any 300+lph fuel pump will do you good (deatchwerks, AEM, Full Blown, Walbro etc). Id save your feet and go with a regular clutch and pressure plate vs hd pressure plate. If youre in cali, stop and go traffic can be a pain with a HD pressure plate. I recommend a competition clutch stage 5, 4 puck sprung. It will hold the torque you make in the 500whp neighborhood.
Manifold looks beautiful, have fun with your build.

Running E85 is similar to running race gas, the octane rating on it is something like 106-108. The pros to it are you make good power compared to pump and its cheaper. The cons are that sometimes its not at every gas station. Id hate to be stranded if I ran low on fuel. Also, like someone else mentioned, it is consumed at a higher rate than regular pump fuel. On my integras 13 gallon tank, I could get 300 miles to a tank before I had to refuel, and around 220-240 on one tank with E85, mixed driving, mild WOT pulls. Take it how you will.
If power is your goal and you want to squeeze as much as you can out of your setup, id go E85. If you want a car that can go from place to place without having to worry about fueling that makes "ok" power, theres nothing wrong with pump fuel. What makes it worth it to you is dependent on what type of driving and goals you have for your car.
