I wanted to make my own endtanks for the intercooler, and make somewhat of a backdoor setup to keep the amount of charge piping down. I mocked up some cardboard ends and went from there. I was able to keep the charge piping at 1 piece per side.

Cutout of the front to allow the intercooler to fit.

The charge piping is tight, but fits nicely. I have to remove the passenger side fan to remove the passenger pipe.

That is pretty much the main part of the setup, minus the exhaust and some smaller areas that need some attention.

And here is the dyno sheet I have. I don't know if the smoothing on it was too high (looks like it), but there were some other car's graphs that were pretty wavy.

Very impressive fab work! I like the unconventional use of the remote terminal

Awesome build, mad props for doing all your own work. Your car seems to want to make more power, why not up the boost and see how she does?

Wow! Great fab work, I'm definitely impressed. That dyno is STUPID flat as well. I'd be curious to see what it would look like with the smoothing turned down a bit, but Smoothing 5 is usually what most dynos use anyways.

Do you have a boost plot? The trq curve makes it look like you are hitting full boost around 5-5.2k rpms?

I don't want to turn it up right now for a couple reasons. One is fear of drivetrain damage, and the other is detonation. My logs currently show the occasional spike of 1.8-2.2v from the knock sensor. I need to get some new plugs and make a few pulls and pull the plugs to read them. Until I can use a better fuel, I'll stay around 10psi.....maaaybe 12.

I don't have a boost log from the dyno, but should have the aem log file on my laptop. I'll try to find it when I get home and post it up here. It does make 10psi around 5000rpm.

Thanks, I appreciate all the comments.
