Default 2023 Pulsar Turbo DIY Garage Build

Hello everyone, wanted to document and post my current turbo build. The main components of the build will the pulsar GTX3582r turbo, Koyo rad/intercooler for cooling, my custom v-band turbo manifold and alot of titanium parts. Official parts list will be up soon... I will try my best to upload weekly and keep the thread interesting. Also there will be quite a bit of fabrication so ask any questions you might have. Overall goal is 700 on pump E85 fuel

Here are some progress photos

Pulsar GTX3582r
62mm turbo
Stainless 1.03 hotside

Here some shots trying to figure out best turbo placement ended up going with the sidewinder style

Mounted the turbo and its being held by on runner

Collector and vband elbow

Started to do some welding turbo flange to elbow

Looks really nice. Curious to see how that open 1.03 housing responds. Wondering if it'll be a little lazy spooling up or not.

Curious as well, went with the larger back housing to make 700 without having to upgrade to a bigger turbo.

stock ecu with Hondata flashpro since my car is 06+

yes, otherwise stock head possible supertech valves as well when I rebuild the engine (just new bearings, oil/water pump etc)

Do you have a modified ecu for boost control? I know hondata stopped doing that mod which kinda sucks. Mine is around 400 and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are interesting. 700 would be wild.

It's a stock unmotifed ECU, I wish I could have had it moded in time but I be using the turbosmart E-boost controller. There seems to be a boost by gear feature so I plan to give it a go.
