Default PTFE braided and radium rail?

Forgive the newb question, but I'm doing the return line conversion on my car and wanted to double check what fuel line to run. The plan is to run a new -6 feed line and use the old feed line as a return. Is PTFE braided vs "regular" braided line with rubber core the one to use with e85/newer fuels?

I'm not opting for the factory hardline so I don't have to go get one and deal with more connections. I found from a previous post these Russell part numbers for the push to connect oem fittings:
Russell -6 male to 3/8" female #640850
Russell -6 AN male to 3/8" male #640940

Also, anyone have any complaints with the radium fuel rails? I saw some complaints in an old thread but maybe they've cleaned up the machining. They make an '06+ rail that I'm assuming has the larger 14mm injector holes, so I don't need to get an older rail and bore out the openings.

I believe radium is the ONLY one making a rail for the 06+ now. I bought one last year, quality seemed on point. Yes PTFE is used for ethanol. You'll find the quality stuff expensive as hell though. I used a copper/nickel hardline. its cheap asf and easy to form

I just did this same thing, though I used a hardline by Origin Fabrication that terminates in -6 at both ends for the feed, to a Radium rail, and adapted the stock line to -6 to run as return, with an SOS FlexFuel kit thrown in there. I also ran a new OEM 00-05 Fuel pump hanger, and if you intend to run it, you're not going to have enough room to fit a wrench in to tighten the -6 adapter to the oem feed, so I ordered this one from Amazon and it works:

Charper732, ya the PTFE stuff isn't cheap but it's not that bad. I don't have the tools to make a hard line so worst case just running one long PTFE line from the tank to the bottom of the engine bay isn't horrible.

Thanks for that suggestion Ivanaguilar, didn't even know that product existed. A hard line under the car is definitely a better option than a braided line.

Yeah I figured the same and it held up well, also running a Walbro 450lph with the SOS kit. The Origin Fab line is secured to the car with P clamps in stock bolt locations.

PTFE is what you want. I am using some cheaper fuel line and fittings from Amazon/Ebay from a company called Evil Energy. It works perfectly fine. Fittings are good quality, hoses are nice, no complaints at all.
