AFE Filter CTSC
I have found a new filter not really mentioned on the forums for the CTSC ice box
its part number Edit: 24-91031 (called afe today and 91030 is no longer in production, the AFE 24-99999 is the replacement) The new P/N has the same measurements but is 2'' taller. I will be testing the fit as soon as it comes in next week. The 91031 did not fit the CTSC ice box. I am ordering the newest revision the 24-99999 to test fitment this week. Will post further pics when it arrives. It fits perfectly against the plate and also fits snugly inside the airbox. Its an inverted top type filter. Here are pics of the filter before install https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...a86a2d229b.jpg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...d20ad601d9.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...216dff4fbf.jpg https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.s2k...57057c8daf.jpg |
Interested. I'm running an AFE filter right now, but your model number is different.
|
Is yours the 24-55505? If so, the difference is the top is inverted.

I've been running the AFE filter in my CTSC for about 6 month now. But not sure if its the same one you are referring to. Can't wait to see the picture.

i ordered an afe filter without knowing much other than it fit the comptech (didn't like the sponge one). it's on back order until almost february but can i just treat it like a k&n filter? so i can just clean it and oil it, is that correct?
:hello: |
I also run the AFE..using the 55507 model...tight fit..but does the job.
Looking forward to the pics. |
