Like title says. I've noticed on cool nights on 1st gear my S will boost hard and pulls all the way to 8k rpm but on hot days i'll stop at 7k rpm. Rpm will go to 8k but it wont pull as hard. 2nd 3rd 4th ... are always pulling hard to 6th gear.

boosting in 1st gear?? Yeah mine feels like it stops pulling when the tires start spinning too...lol

do you think that's the problem and nothing else... It seems like I have to shift at 7k rpm on first gear then push it to past 8k on 2nd.... And so forth

dunno, mine does seem to lack boost in 1st gear. Not sure if my tuner did boost by gear though. I rarely hit boost in 1st gear as all it does is spin the tires

How are you even getting traction in 1st...or 2nd for that matter? If youre hitting desired psi in all other gears im sure youre fine. But im all squirley in lower gears, even 3rd will break loose sometimes.
if its hot out your ems might be lowering boost based on iat compensation tables in your map. Maybe check there if youre experiencing lower peak boost in hot weather

i run Michelin supper sport 245s and in Bakersfield 105 degrees no slipping here unless when I'm turning and doing a speed pull.

It might be something with my tune also from Erik's racing at 7psi. Then I had it retuned up to 11.5 psi in Bakersfield at vlspeed. The tuner from vlspeed said that he didn't change anything on the 7psi tune. He just added to it.. I do need to get another exhaust tho. I wanna go straight pipe and 3 inch dual exhaust. My invidia q300 sounds bad past 7k rpm.....

I run 275/40/17 nitto and no boost by gear. My car made 650 whp and will make full boost in 1st if the tires could only hold it. It will hook second at this power level

Dang that's a lot of power. What's your setup? I think my 70mm hfc and invidia q300 is holding my exhaust flow back. When it hits like 5k rpm there's a loud noise coming from the mufflers... I'm getting a new 3 inch hks single and 3 inch test pipe from ROCKSTAR garage
