Anyone running Deatschwerk 1300cc injectors?
Anyone? I was having problems with bad idle when I had these injectors on my KW kit. I sent them to DW and they told me they would not balance. They sent me a brand new set, free of charge. Got the car tuned with the new turbo set up and my tuner cant get the car to idle better than a 11.5 afr. Anything higher and it starts misfiring. Its terrible on cold/hot starts. It idles very lean for about 4 min on cold, than goes down to 13ish afr, than eventually 11's. Same thing happens with hot start. Driving around and under boost its perfect. Just struggles to idle nicely and start up nice.
Am I putting in wrong data for the injectors in the ems? Is there a place that has all the injector data listed? My tuner could only find a few data listings, but none of them produced better results. Anyone else having problems with these injectors? Should I just go ID1300's?

Ive been on dw1300 with flashpro for about a year or more on e85 with no problems. I cant tell ya what my afr was since i dont have a wideband but it idled fine at 1000rpm and coldstart at 1600rpm. Partial throttle and wot were great too. I personally never experienced all the idle issues ive read regarding dw.

Hmmm. This is the second tuner that I have used who has had trouble with these injectors. Sucks lol. My idle is at 1000. Cold is around 1500rpm, then it sputters and goes lean, until warmed up. Hot starts are the same. Sometimes it wont even idle, it will start then just die...
