Benefit of 4 port boost controller

Just thinking of all mods I should do before retuning is it worth to switch to a 4 port or is 2 fine?

A 4 port will allow you to run a greater range of boost pressures (reliably). Convention is to use a spring at least 50% or greater of your desired max boost pressure in your wastegate (ie. 10psi spring if you plan to run 20psi max) with a 3 port solenoid; 4 port wouldn't have such limitations. To better answer your question, what is your current setup (wastegate spring/max boost pressure) and what you plan on changing (if anything)?

Using blue spring on the spring with no controller it's at 10psi going to retune for e85 flex fuel and make as much power as my fuel system will allow Aem v2, 340 pump, dw 1300, Aem regulator, inline pro rail, full blown intake manifold, full blown fuel line adaptor and -6 line to rail, 6262 turbo .82, and full race pro street manifold 3" turbo back exhaust.

3 port Mac solenoid will let you run whatever pressure you want
Hell you can close it shut and boost 100psi

Just put the spring for lowest boost you want to run and ramp from here with the solenoid

To do it reliably you need to set the duty cycle for all boost Level you want to run

A manual bleed valve will do this as well :p The difference between a 3 port and 4 port solenoid is the range they provide. Really depends on the range the OP plans to run.

In that case, I'd just step up to a slightly larger spring and run a 3 port (you can find them for ~$30 on eBay).

I already have a 3 port on the car now but changing the wastgate spring is not easy with this manifold down pipe must be removed don't want to remove anything until something breaks or replacing engine going with a 4 port would be a lot less work or should I just leave it alone?

Keep what you have
You can run example
10 psi 1 gear
15 psi 2 gear
25 psi 3 gear
30+psi 4/5/6 gear

What a 4 port can do better ?

With your fuel setup and turbo you will be under 600whp

It will? The 3 port will let me make 30psi with a 3psi spring? Really? Have you tried it? BTW, I have, it makes at most 14psi in high gear, lol.

Running the same 3psi spring I am able to push 30psi on the same car and still have tons of room to grow to get to 40 without changing the spring.

Also, back when I tested the 3 port vs the 4 port (~3 years ago), the 6465 turbo on the vehicle was very lazy, slow spooling on the 3 port. Put in a 4 port, brought onset of spool down over 1000 rpm (peak boost) and transient response was drastically improved.

Better response, larger range of control, quicker spool. Try it yourself, it's a cheap valve.
