Thanks for all the responses guys
I pulled the coil plugs and the injector plugs while idling, and they all impacted the idle and the sound changed for the worse... is there anyway to check if a fuel pump is bad?? Also pulled the o2 sensor from the wideband and tested if that was good and it is. Still no word from my tuner, but Hopefully having another tuner coming by tomorrow to look at the tune. He sounded pretty certain that it was tune/ems related and that I should probably upgrade from my AEM v1...
I'll keep you guys updated as the days go by.

Your coil packs and injectors are firing/good then it would seem. Check that the idle fuel pressure is up to par. 43.5psi is stock. Do you have an aftermarket adjustable fuel regulator on the car?

I just realized you have the same brand injectors as I did/do, Deatchswerks, which failed in a fashion that resembled your issue.
Me and then the shop couldn't really pin-point it as they alternated cylinders, sound changed and running was worse but with everything back in it sounded like a Subaru.
Shop did the following things in desperation to try and solve this:
1) OEM ECU replaced
2) Ordered new Emanage piggyback
3) New plugs
4) New coils
5) Leak down and Compression tests
The shop hit a dead-end and sent all injectors to get tested, next thing I get a call from my shop and they were like, WOW it really was the injector in cylinder #3 that was causing it.
Weird story but the point I'm trying to make is the car would run worse like yours even if you isolated that cylinder. So it it never ran right with it in there but worse with that cylinder completely disengaged.
Something to think about.
