S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Change oil viscosity?

A 40 weight oil is gonna hold up better with the turbo. And you shouldn’t have any issues going to a synthetic.

Motul 8100 5W-40 year round. I moved away from 10-40 due to winter cold starts. It's nice to have 5 for cold cold start and 40 due to force induction.

100% agreed and this is my recommendation as well - Motul 8100 5W-40 Xcess or Xclean.

10-30W Castrol Edge Fully-Synthetic. Oil burn has gone down since I've made the switch, gas mileage up, Castol Edge is ready available and affordable.
I've used ENEOS 5-30w. AMSOIL 10-30w. MOBIL 1 10-30w.(all full synth)
F20C burns 5-30 like water, Amsoil is too expensive if you actually drive your car, Mobil 1 burns down like crazy in my engine. Castol Edge was a happy medium for me at least.
