Default Comptech Supercharger Running Ridiculously Rich

I just installed a Non-AC comptech with the AP2 pulley. Unfortunately it is running terribly rich, idles erratically and bogs until it dies. I then proceed to pull the plugs and they are black on the top. I have adjusted the fuel pressure regulator counter-clockwise as I have read to reduce fuel, but it does not seem to help. The car continues to do the same thing. I want to get it running enough to take it to the dyno, but I think I may have to trailer it at this point.

It's driving me crazy and I need some advice on how to fix the issue. I am not throwing any codes and the ESM is fine and wired up correctly. Any help would be great. Thanks.

OEM injectors?

Something isn't right. If wired correctly, you should be able to drive even without the belt attached and the ECU will adjust timing and be drivable.

OEM injectors, yes. It isn't throwing any codes at all which is weird. It feels like the car is just throwing fuel and it isn't drivable. It is fouling plugs every single time I put them in there.

Update: Just pulled the ESM from the ECU and the car runs fine. It wasn't soldered before when I first had it connected. Should I have it soldered or get the ESM checked out first?

i would try soldering first, and see if problem is fixed from there on, thats just me. i was running terribly rich on the juice, 10 to 1 A/F. i was worried cause i heard running that rich can scorn your cylinder walls ! fixed problem by leaning out with bigger nitrous jet

Just got it fixed up and dynoed today. Car is running fine. Just found an over-torqued bolt in the vtec block that was leaking oil. Greaaaaaaaatttt.

Sweet hope you soldered those wires and everything is A OK. What did you dyno and who did it for you?
It is important those VTEC bolts are torqued right.
