Crazy lean/rich AFR fluctuations
Just started having this idle fluctuation issue recently. It seems that when the car is idling, the AFR's are all over the place but not only that, it varies from 10 - 29 on the data log but does not register on the guage. I disabled and unplugged the factory O2 sensors and also ordered a replacement harness from the guage to the sensor. Anyone have this problem ever? I took a few screenshots so you can see what I'm talking about.

What gauge are you running and how is it connected?
If you are using one of the analog inputs I'm thinking maybe grounding or signal connection issues. Check the voltage in the log on the analog input you are using to see if the fluctuations matches. |
I had a plug-n-play injector clip(s) causing all sorts of weird issues (fluctuating fuel pressure, fluctuating A/F's, rough idle). All issues were intermittent, which made it hard to track down the root cause.
Hardwired my injectors and haven't had any issues since. |

Post a link to the that log file and I'll have a look.
If you want to solder the injector connections just use some regular 60/40 (tin/lead) solder. |

It looks like you are using the Analog0 input for the wideband?
The voltage (blue) looks really stable but for some reason the AF is fluctuating like crazy. Attachment 165272 I'm only using the digital input for my PLX wideband but if you post your calibration also I can take a look in your settings to see if anything seems weird. |

Yeah, that's correct. Analog 0 was used for the wideband. How would I post the calibration? Here is the link to the tune if that's what you're referring to. https://www.dropbox.com/s/84l9ozqm2b...ltune.kal?dl=0 |
Yes I meant the tune. I couldn't see anything obvious that looked weird in it.
I would try and ask on Hondata forum https://www.hondata.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=12 They are usually very helpful if you're post follows their guidelines. |
