Disconnecting EVAP from intake manifold

I have an aem ecu, so this disables the evap solenoid as i understand it. Therefore it stands to reason i can remove and plug the 2 ports on the oem intake manifold correct? Has anyone tried this?

What other emmissions/useless things can i remove with a standalone? Trying to keep the engine bay more clean and simple.

air pump can be removed

The coolant hose that is connected to the thermostat housing and the other end almost touching the coolant pump pulley in your picture.
That can be capped off on the thermostat housing.

I removed it all the way to the charcoal canister as well as the charcoal canister. As mentioned the air pump and associated parts can be removed.

@F1TwoThousand what all have you removed so far? I'm looking to do the exact same thing when installing my turbo kit and AEM EMS.

So with AEM EMS im trying to delete as much as i can just to keep things simpler and making wrenching under the hood more spacious. For Evap delete this is what ive done:

Red X means disconnect and use a vacuum hose plug. The orange lines can be discarded. Note if they are not removed they basically just fill up with boost(can increase turbo lag because the total intake manifold volume plus those lines are pressurized under boost) this is ever so slight and insignificant benefit but a positive rather than negative non the less.

Thats as far as ive gone deleting evap related things you can go further but i havnt gotten there yet...

Won't you run into issues having the EVAP solenoid vent port capped off? How will the fuel tank be able to vent now?

dont know, all i know is the standalone ecu no longer controls the evap solenoid so its useless anyway, might as well remove it
