To each his own. I will admit it is really dirty, though. I really wanted to post pics "out of the box" so other potential customers would know what they are getting into, and what possible issues to look out for.

Dyno results tomorrow. I have a 5:30pm appointment for a few pulls tomorrow. I am only expecting Greddy-like numbers, as I am only running 6.5psi currently. Larger numbers will appear when the hardware all gets finalized and I get it over to Mase.

It will look 1000x better once I clean up all the vacuum/coolant lines and get the IC sitting just right.

Its not braced at the current time. That is another issue I am probably going to address at a later date. I spoke with Nathan, and I think the way the geometry on this header / up pipe combo is setup, any "falling" motion by the turbo would just pull down on all 4 runners equally (most cracks I have seen have been on the far runner from where the turbo is torquing where leverage is greatest, usually along a weld line)... The "up pipe" connects via V-band to the exhaust manifold in an almost vertical down position... I was looking at something similar to what TheCarGuy has made for his custom setup, as my turbo is in a similar location (albeit not identical). I believe Nathan said they had a half dozen of so custom kits running around for over a year, and have not had a cracking issue.

They also used aluminized steel vs. stainless to prevent cracking (its all Jet Hot coated inside and out to prevent corrosion).

I am almost 100% sure my IC tab was drilled incorrectly from the shop. Relocating the IC should fix any fitment issues. Those will be "worked out" this weekend. Once the IC is in its final place, I can then think about getting the permanent mounting tab welded onto the passenger's side. Its weird how 1 mis-placed mounting hole can screw everything up...

I just hope that no one on here thinks this is the end of the project. I still have a few more weeks to go (just working on it over open weekends) until the engine bay is "presentation" worthy. Lots of dressing up to come! Its just up / running / safe now.

This is just installed AS IS OUT OF THE BOX without major modification.
