Default Driving on basemap

Jeff evans advised me not go above 3 psi on the basemap sent me. Uploaded the map today and drove, staying under 4 psi 95% of the time, I gave it a little more throttle once i got on the highway and saw 10 psi on my gauge. It's not running any different and the a/f ratio was 11.0 to 1 the whole time.

Should i be worried about anything?

nope. he just wants you to not mash on it and ruin something. the base is probably rich as hell and would over-rich if you went up in boost.

you dont have anything to worry about. just try not to ride in boost or have a heavy throttle in boost. you'll be fine.

The fuel map isn't the only thing you need to worry about. You need to take a good look at your timing map and make sure it's interpolated out into boost and some timing is pulled.

I think so too, just checked my plugs and no signs of detonation, just signs of running rich, he just made it rich for a safe basemap.

i woudnt worry too too much. typically the base map is the one they make the first pull on anyways, so if its good enough for that, then it def is good enough to hit 10psi for a sec.

Just dont do it again... Its stupid IMO to gamble with an expensive motor just cause you cant display a little self control and patience.
